F1 in Schools is the largest and most successful school based STEM program in the world and is a unique global platform for the promotion of Formula 1 which partners with the youth market. It is a non-profit organisation that inspires students to use IT to learn about physics, aerodynamics, design, manufacture, branding, graphics, sponsorship, marketing, leadership/teamwork, media skills and financial strategy, and apply them in a practical, imaginative, competitive and exciting way.
As Escaping Singularity, we strive to reach the unimaginable. Our mission and goal is to create a model car that represents the concept of “escaping the singularity”.

Singularity -

point at which a function takes an infinite value, especially in space–time
when matter is infinitely dense, such as at the centre
of a black hole.
Our
name represents the escaping from the singularity which means that we are
trying to create a speed that is able to
escape the singularity where even light cannot escape. This theoretically symbolises
the speed that is able to
escape the singularity thus being faster than the speed of light.
